Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 7, 2026

1. Overview

Actualizing Technologies LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle data across actualizing.tech, our subdomains, authentication portals, and interactive simulation tools (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is designed as an individual, self-directed deliberate practice tool built with a privacy-first, stateless architecture for simulation inputs.

2. Information We Collect and Process

  • Account Information: Basic profile credentials such as your name, email address, and authentication credentials when you register or request access.
  • Transient Simulation Inputs: Text and voice audio submitted during practice sessions are processed transiently in memory to generate real-time persona dialogue and automated metrics. The Platform does not persistently store, record, or retain your conversational transcripts, session audio, or prompt history on our servers. Once an active session concludes or the browser window is closed, transient interaction data is discarded.
  • Technical Logs: Standard technical and diagnostic metadata, including browser type, operating system, IP address, and system error events strictly necessary to ensure platform security, stability, and authentication integrity.

3. How We Use Information

Data handled across the Platform is used strictly to:

  • Authenticate your account and administer platform access.
  • Transmit and process live, real-time conversational simulations and synthetic voice responses.
  • Generate immediate turn-based skill feedback and debriefing metrics during your active session.
  • Monitor platform uptime, protect against unauthorized exploitation, and maintain service security.

4. Third-Party Sub-Processors & Model Inference

To execute natural language understanding, persona generation, and text-to-speech audio, transient session inputs are transmitted via secure Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to commercial model providers and infrastructure services.

  • Zero Public Model Training: We configure commercial API endpoints so that your session inputs, audio streams, and prompts are not used by external model providers to train public foundation models.
  • Encryption in Transit: All data transferred between our servers, client browsers, and third-party API providers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols.
  • Sensitive Data Prohibition: The Platform is designed strictly for hypothetical and fictional simulations. Users are prohibited from submitting personal health records, confidential third-party details, or private sensitive data into prompt fields.

5. Data Retention and Account Deletion

  • Simulation Transcripts: Because session inputs and audio are processed transiently without persistent database storage, no historical transcripts or practice records are retained on our servers.
  • Account Data: We retain basic account registration details for as long as your account remains active. You may request the permanent deletion of your account and associated registration credentials at any time by contacting support@actualizing.tech.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy to reflect technical adjustments or legal requirements. Updates become effective immediately upon posting to actualizing.tech/privacy.
